TRP launches air dryer cartridge range
TRP Parts Ireland has launched its new range of air dryer cartridges, designed as a value-for-money option for DAF CF and XF trucks (MY13 and MY17).
It helps protect key components by supplying dry air to systems such as the gearbox and compressed braking system. This supports truck uptime and helps keep Total Cost of Ownership low.
The desiccant removes moisture and contaminants such as oil. This helps protect valves, actuators, brakes and gearbox components from wear, corrosion and freezing. It is an effective way to maintain safe and reliable air systems in older trucks.
The cartridge has been tested for absorption, regeneration and durability. Weight‑increase and weight‑loss tests confirm strong moisture removal and fast drying performance. Spring‑force and pulsation tests further support long‑term reliability.
With a 140-mm diameter and a 39 x 1.5-mm thread, the cartridge is designed to fit DAF My13 and MY17 CF and XF trucks (MY13 and MY17). The blue housing makes it easy to identify during maintenance.
TRP Parts Ireland will be exhibiting at the 2026 CV Workshop EXPO, which takes place alongside the Auto Trade EXPO from 10th -11th October at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin.
