Somora to launch Yuasa’s first AGM commercial Vehicle battery
Somora Motor Parts has confirmed that it will soon launch GS Yuasa’s new Yuasa YBX9625 in Ireland, the manufacturer’s first-ever AGM commercial Vehicle battery.
The new Yuasa YBX9625 Super Heavy Duty (SHD) AGM introduces advanced AGM technology to the Yuasa commercial vehicle, marking a major step forward in power capability, durability, and fleet coverage.
Designed to meet the rapidly increasing electrical demands of modern HGVs, buses, coaches and specialist vehicles, the Yuasa YBX9625 delivers exceptional endurance, superior charge acceptance and rapid recharge capability.
Its sealed, maintenance-free construction, extreme vibration resistance and outstanding cycle life make it the perfect solution for hoteling, auxiliary equipment loads, harsh operating environments and frequent partial state-of-charge operation.
Stephen Lawless of Somora Motor Parts, said the YBX9625 “isn’t just a new product — it’s the first of its kind from Yuasa”.
