Premier Auto Parts acquired by AAG
Premier Auto Parts has been acquired by Alliance Automotive Group UK&IE (AAG), further expanding NAPA Auto Parts’ market position to 21 stores across the Republic of Ireland.
Announcing the acquisition, AAG said Premier Auto Parts is a well-established five‑store business with annual turnover of approximately €7.8 million and a team of 57 colleagues.
NAPA Auto Parts divisional manager for Ireland, Mark Nolan, said the acquisition gives workshops and motorists across Munster access to over 750,000 SKUs, next-day delivery through NAPA Parts360, and the backing of a global network of more than 6,000 locations.
