Knorr-Bremse targets digital aftermarket solutions
Knorr-Bremse is advancing its aftermarket ecosystem platform for commercial vehicles, targeting workshops, fleet operators and dealers with data-driven services and digital tools.
The platform comprises four interconnected components and has been expanded through a joint venture with Dutch aftermarket partner, WAGH B.V. (WESP-Group) and the acquisition of service booking portal, Travis.

The TruckServices Ecosystem includes Cojali for multi-brand workshop diagnostics and telematics; PleaseFix, a cloud-based booking and capacity management system for commercial vehicle workshops; WESP CV for data-based workshop benchmarking; and Travis, a digital platform for booking road services including parking, cleaning, charging and repairs.
Bernd Spies, member of the executive board of Knorr-Bremse AG with responsibility for the Commercial Vehicle Systems division, said: βThe commercial vehicle aftermarket is facing major challenges β from a shortage of skilled workers and rising operating costs to new requirements for sustainability and efficiency.
“With our aftermarket Ecosystem, we are creating a platform that addresses precisely these issues: it increases transparency, connects data and services more intelligently, and thus increases efficiency for all market participants.
“Thereby, Knorr-Bremse supports and empowers its customers in achieving more sustainable, high-performance, and future-proof fleet and vehicle operations.β
