Denso Track 2 Track trip gets underway
Denso’s Iridium TT Spark Plug, which won an Innovation Award at the recent Auto Trade EXPO, has been launched in Europe.
Denso’s Iridium TT Spark Plug and T2T campaign has got off to a blistering start in Moscow, and will culminate in a show-stopping finale at Brand’s Hatch on November 4th. It is the first leg of what promises to be an amazing journey to launch the innovative new Iridium TT spark plug and celebrate Europe’s forgotten F1 heritage.
With approximately 3,000km to cover in 10 days, a legendary sportscar – the Lotus Exige S – has been selected to clock up some serious mileage for its memorable European tour. The set of wheels will be shared by two racing drivers – British Rebecca Jackson and Russian Natalia Freidina – who are ready to take on the challenge, both on the road and on track in Poland and the UK, in various sportscars powered by Iridium TT spark plugs.
The epic journey started in Moscow this weekwith a head-to-head sportscar challenge at Moscow Raceway.Over the next nine days, the Track2Track crew will be travelling through a total of nine countries and hosting another two media/distributor days– one in Poznan in Poland and one at the famous Brands Hatch circuit in England, where the adventure will come to an end.
