Delphi launches Make Some Noise campaign

Delphi has launched its ‘Make Some Noise. Delphi – Built for Silence’ campaign, an industry-wide movement designed to raise awareness of the importance of choosing the right braking components in a market increasingly crowded with choices.

Aliya Lam, UK and Ireland country director at Delphi, commented: “With so many options in the market, it’s easy for braking to become a price-led decision. But workshops know that quality, performance and fitment matter. ‘Make Some Noise’ is about helping the industry refocus on what really delivers value; components that are built for silence, engineered for performance and designed to get the job done right first time.”

At the heart of the campaign is Delphi’s commitment to delivering braking solutions that are built for silence and consistent real-world performance. Engineered to OE standards, Delphi braking components are developed with application-specific friction materials, helping to optimise stopping distances, reduce noise and deliver a smooth, controlled driving experience.

Delphi’s confidence in its product quality is backed by its ‘No Quibble Warranty’. If a Delphi braking component is found to be faulty or produces unwanted noise, customers can claim a refund, with no questions asked.

As value-led brands continue to enter the market, Delphi is focused on demonstrating what differentiates a premium braking solution. From advanced friction formulations to rigorous testing, Delphi components are designed to deliver low noise, reduced dust and dependable performance across a wide range of driving conditions.

A key pillar of the ‘Make Some Noise’ campaign is Delphi’s commitment to supporting workshops beyond the product itself. Through its leading training academy, Masters of Motion, how-to content and on-the-road tech van, Delphi provides the expertise technicians need to achieve a flawless installation and avoid unnecessary comebacks.

Product design remains central to the Delphi difference. Brake pads feature a five-layer construction, including shims, back plates, underlayers and advanced friction materials, all engineered to work together to minimise noise and ensure consistent braking feel.

For light commercial vehicles, Delphi’s Professional+ braking range is built for tougher demands, delivering on average up to 40 per cent longer pad life, helping workshops and fleets maximise uptime and reduce operating costs.

With the rise of new vehicle manufacturers gaining traction, Delphi is supporting workshops prepare with extensive coverage and high-quality parts. Meaning garages and workshops can service the latest vehicles with confidence – and keep more jobs in-house.

Represented through Tech’n’Tools, Delphi will be exhibiting at the 2026 Auto Trade EXPO, which takes place alongside the CV Workshop EXPO from 10th -11th October at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin.
