PCL appoints new marketing executive to lead Partner+ Programme

PCL has appointed Alex Bailey as its new marketing campaign executive to lead the marketing strategy for the company’s Partner+ Programme. She will report to Alan Findlow, head of retail distribution sales – UK and Ireland.

The initiative, aimed at growing the brand’s market share by supporting distributors, has steadily gained momentum since its introduction in 2019.

Created for distributors who take a broad range of PCL products, it enables them to develop and sustain long-term, rather than just transactional sales to their own customer base, according to the company.

PCL says Bailey brings expertise in partner relationship management from her previous role within the manufacturing industry, making her well-equipped to build strong connections with PCL’s key partners.

The Partner+ Programme includes a range of incentives, such as branded signage; advantageous trading and credit terms; advice on the use of mailing lists; Point of Sale posters; product display stands to drive footfall; external displays and flags to increase localised brand awareness; and assistance with online promotion, including social media and white label websites.

Those committing to the scheme can also benefit from a range of personalised branded workwear and merchandise to promote their business and create a professional corporate image underlining their credentials as a PCL Partner+ Distributor.

Bailey said: “I am really looking forward to taking over the Partner+ program at PCL. We have some amazing partners, and I am eager to help set them up for success. I have a great team to support me and we have some big goals!

“My aim is to nurture the Partner+ program so it grows into a valuable asset that every partner can use and rely on for their marketing needs. I want every partner to feel valued and supported by PCL.”
