New injection rail blanking plugs from Laser Tools

When working on common-rail diesel fuel systems it is vitally important to avoid dirt getting into the fuel system.

It is important that the fuel rail is sealed off to prevent dirt ingress and allow individual injectors to be blanked off to allow further diagnostic tests.

This new set of injection rail blanking plugs (part number 7668) from Laser Tools is designed to let the technician seal off the injector ports on the rail, one by one, to assist in the diagnosis of fuel system pressure loss.

Twelve plugs are included in the set, in two sizes: M12 x 1.5mm and M14 x 1.5mm — these fit most common-rail injection rail sizes.
