Hella Ireland introduces new full service garage concept
Hella Ireland has introduced a new full service garage concept to the Irish market called AutoMester.
The new concept will appeal to top independent service and repair garages throughout the country that want to join a high quality network of like minded garages.
Hella Ireland says it will offer the Irish public a new standard of repair for their cars at affordable prices.
AutoMester is already established in Denmark and Norway with more than 600 happy garage members. In Ireland garages that join the network will value from the experience gained in these other European markets.
What is clear is that the overall standard in terms of service levels, safety and
customer satisfaction will dramatically improve, according to Hella Ireland.
Independent garages often struggle with attracting new customers and competiting with big budget OE dealers and fast service outlets. AutoMester garages will have support for all areas in their business covering technical information, marketing, training and equipment.
AutoMester was founded in Denmark in 1993 and is now the biggest and most prominent garage network in that country with over 400 members. In Norway, AutoMester started two years later and they now have in excess of 170 members. This experience and know how will support the concept here in Ireland. Garages that have joined the AutoMester network have consistently shown double digit growth during the first 5 years.
The AutoMester garage concept is supported by the Nordic Forum. HELLA Ireland is a member of the Nordic Forum, one of the largest vehicle parts distributors in Europe, in total there are more than 1,400 members in the garage concepts of the Nordic Forum.
