DENSO adds to new Spark Plug and Glow Plug Catalogue 2015

DENSO Aftermarket Sales UK & Ireland has published its new, combined Spark Plug and Glow Plug Catalogue 2015, containing hundreds of additional, OE quality aftermarket applications for Europe’s newest and most popular vehicles.

Denso-Catalogue-copyThe new catalogue (ref: DESG14-0001) offers customers convenient, up-to-date access to its expanding range of advanced technology, replacement Spark Plugs and Glow Plugs.

DENSO’s Spark Plug programme now offers 664 part numbers covering a total number of 40,886 applications and with an overall European car parc coverage of 97%. The equivalent to 184 million cars on the road, the expanded range is one of the best Spark Plug programmes in the aftermarket for scope and performance.

The new catalogue contains details of 2,030 new applications for DENSO’s extensive Spark Plug programme including: Citroën C1 (14-); Honda Civic IX (12-), Odyssey (02-); Hyundai i20 (08-), ix35 (10-); Kia Picanto (11-), Rio (11-), Sportage (10-); Mazda CX-5 (11-); Mitsubishi ASX, Infiniti FX; Nissan Juke, Note, Teana (08-); Peugeot 108; Toyota Auris (12-),Prius C (12-), Aygo (05-), Aygo (14-), Corolla (12-), Corolla (13-), IQ, Urban Cruiser (07-), Verso S (10-), Yaris (10-) and Yaris (11-).

Glow Plugs growth

The Glow Plugs section of the new catalogue features 953 new vehicle applications since the last edition, including the Hyundai Accent Saloon 1.5 CRDi GLS, Peugeot 3008 1.6 HDi, Toyota RAV 4 III 2.2 D-4D 4WD, VW Passat Variant 2.0 TDI and Toyota Corolla Verso 2.2 D-4D. This brings the total number of DENSO replacement Glow Plug applications to 6,096, offering a total European car parc coverage of 89.5% and relevant to 113 million cars on the road. With 132 OE quality part numbers now available, the range remains one of the most extensive in the aftermarket.
