{"id":33240,"date":"2025-03-18T09:00:12","date_gmt":"2025-03-18T08:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.factorfocus.ie\/?p=33240"},"modified":"2025-03-18T11:20:21","modified_gmt":"2025-03-18T10:20:21","slug":"ecs-used-parts-collection-service-off-to-a-flyer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.factorfocus.ie\/index.php\/ecs-used-parts-collection-service-off-to-a-flyer\/33240","title":{"rendered":"ECS used parts collection service off to a flyer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eurolec Core Supply (ECS) has told the Auto Trade Journal of the excellent start its new used parts collection service has had.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Launched last October at the 2024 Auto Trade EXPO in Dublin, the &#8216;ECS Fill &amp; Collect\u2019 initiative is a new service for workshops and motor factors across Ireland, which helps them reduce waste, while also putting money back in their pockets.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_73575\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-73575\" style=\"width: 480px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.autotrade.ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Jay-Baker-Eurolec-Core-Supply.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" class=\"size-full wp-image-73575\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-73575\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jay Baker, Eurolec Core Supply<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Through this service, ECS offers a free recycling bin to workshops and factors, which can be used to dispose of certain motor parts that are no longer needed. Almost 100 bins have been delivered so far around the country.<\/p>\n<p>When full, ECS will collect and pay for the parts. Those required include: starter motors, alternators, diesel injectors and pumps, A\/C compressors, brake calipers, turbos and EGR valves.
