<\/p>\nTetrosyl Group, one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of car care products in Europe, has announced the acquisition of Hull-based Bartoline International Limited, which was completed on 24th January 2025.<\/p>\n
Bartoline, first established in 1876, is one of Europe\u2019s leading manufacturers of decorating sundries for the home improvement industry. Products are manufactured and distributed extensively through retail, wholesale and trade outlets.<\/p>\n

The acquisition of Bartoline follows on from the acquisition in 2019 of Oldham-based James Briggs, one of Europe\u2019s oldest and largest consumer chemicals businesses.<\/p>\n
In 2023, Tetrosyl Group unveiled the establishment of Tetrosyl Ireland Limited, a dedicated distribution hub serving the Republic of Ireland. Its portfolio includes product lines such as T-Cut, CarPlan, Triplewax, Wonder Wheels, Carlube, Bluecol and Tetrion.<\/p>\n
