Schaeffler has launched a new REPXPERT video series, \u2018Wrenches and Wisdom\u2019. The first series, scheduled for filming this autumn, will put the spotlight on apprenticeships.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are calling on garages to register their interest in participating and sharing their unique perspectives,\u201d said Matthew Selby, sales and marketing director at Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) Ltd.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your personal journey into the trade, just as Colin Denton did at the recent REPXPERT Conference, or to offer innovative ideas on how to engage and inspire the next generation of automotive technicians.\u201d<\/p>\n

Exploring the journeys of those who have made a successful career in the garage industry and seeking valuable insights on how to best attract fresh talent, the first series will take viewers on a tour of workshops. The aim is to highlight real-life stories and experiences from garage owners and technicians.<\/p>\n

\u201cIndependent garages, technicians and the apprentices that work within them are the backbone of the automotive aftermarket,\u201d said Selby. \u201cTheir stories and insights are invaluable.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy participating in filming, they have a unique opportunity to raise awareness of key issues within our industry and provide a platform to discuss and develop possible solutions. It\u2019s not just about sharing experiences, it\u2019s also about fostering a community that supports and uplifts one another.\u201d<\/p>\n
