Europower has been the official distributor for Banner Batteries in Ireland for more than 30 years and is a Master Distributor for Trojan batteries in Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>The company is currently seeking to recruit a Counter Sales-Warehouse person, but Marketing Manager, Jenny Carroll told FactorFocus.ie that despite offering good terms and conditions and a competitive salary, Europower Battery Centre has been unable to attract the right candidate for the job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goods Inwards \/ Outwards.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with customers at trade counter and handling telephone queries.<\/li>\n<li>Stock Control<\/li>\n<li>General Housekeeping of the Warehouse &amp; trade counter area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate should have the following skills &amp; capabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous sales\/warehouse experience in the automotive\/motor trade industry is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Forklift Licence (Desirable not essential)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on own initiative<\/li>\n<li>Strong Organisational &amp; Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organisational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Full clean driving licence essential<\/li>\n<li>Available to start immediately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Email CV to &#x69;&#x6e;&#102;o&#x40;&#x65;&#117;&#114;o&#x70;&#x6f;&#119;&#101;r&#x2e;&#x69;&#101;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The automotive aftermarket in Ireland continues to report staff shortages in almost every sector, from warehouse staff right through the spectrum to HGV mechanics.
