{"id":24986,"date":"2021-04-01T14:53:16","date_gmt":"2021-04-01T13:53:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.factorfocus.ie\/?p=24986"},"modified":"2021-04-01T14:53:16","modified_gmt":"2021-04-01T13:53:16","slug":"juratek-acquires-bettaparts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.factorfocus.ie\/index.php\/juratek-acquires-bettaparts\/24986","title":{"rendered":"Juratek acquires Bettaparts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Juratek Ltd has acquired Bettaparts Ltd in a deal that will see the braking specialist take 100 per cent control of the Bradford-based distributor.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The purchase comes 18 months after the management buyout (MBO) of Juratek.<\/p>\n<p>Juratek managing director, Matt Robinson says: &#8220;We had the opportunity to buy a business that is local to us, that share some of the same products but services a different part of the market.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are obvious synergies, and we are looking forward to working with the Bettaparts staff, customers and suppliers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bettaparts will remain at its Bradford site, serving its existing customer base.
