The range of aftermarket brakes is also complemented by a wide range of brake discs, with the full range covering 99.9 per cent of the UK car parc.<\/p>\n<p>Part of TMD Friction, Mintex, benefits from the OE manufacturer\u2019s \u20ac30m investment in R&amp;D each year. As part of this extensive R&amp;D programme, Mintex has developed its own unique formulations to ensure all of its brake pads are 100 per cent copper free.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Hayes, UK sales manager of TMD Friction said: \u201cMintex has a renowned and established name within the industry, from classic and racing, to aftermarket solutions.
