Trico\u00a0is gearing up for another successful\u00a0Britcar\u00a0Dunlop Endurance Championship\u00a0campaign, with\u00a0brand\u00a0ambassador,\u00a0Sarah Moore looking to retain her historic title\u00a0in the\u00a0Tockwith Motorsports (TMS)\u00a0Trico-liveried\u00a0Ginetta\u00a0G50.<\/p>\n

Moore was crowned the first-ever female winner of the\u00a0Britcar\u00a0Championship last season and will be returning in 2019 with a new team-mate,\u00a0Moh\u00a0Ritson, whom she will be mentoring throughout the eight-round\u00a0series,\u00a0beginning\u00a0at\u00a0the Silverstone International\u00a0circuit on March 30.<\/p>\n

Trico\u2019s Senior Product and Brand Manager, Sam Robinson said: \u201cOur partnership with Tockwith Motorsports is one that has gone from strength-to-strength, culminating in the championship win in 2018. To\u00a0have\u00a0Sarah\u00a0on-board, a\u00a0respected and professional\u00a0driver, is a coup for us, while we are all\u00a0keen\u00a0to discover how\u00a0Moh\u00a0adapts to his first season of senior motor racing.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u00a0are confident\u00a0that\u00a0the formula of youth and experience, which worked\u00a0so\u00a0well for us last year,\u00a0will conjure up\u00a0the\u00a0magic once again. We know it\u00a0will be\u00a0a challenge\u00a0to repeat the success, but, with the winning pedigree of TMS alongside us,\u00a0I am eager to see the Trico car fighting for victories once again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last year, the Trico\u00a0Ginetta\u00a0travelled\u00a0from circuit-to-circuit\u00a0in\u00a0its own transporter,\u00a0resplendent\u00a0in the Trico livery,\u00a0but\u00a0it was\u00a0also\u00a0utilised by TMS to transport its other race cars to and from events throughout the UK and Europe, when\u00a0Brit car rounds were not being hosted, thus promoting the famous 100-year-old brand across the continent.<\/p>\n

Trico also used the transporter and car to great effect at various automotive exhibitions throughout 2018, with Auto Trade EXPO, Ireland\u2019s aftermarket exhibition, a particular highlight. 8110 people passed through the doors of the Citywest Exhibition Centre in Dublin last October with hundreds stopping to pose for photos with the GinettaG50, which was positioned outside the main entrance of the Exhibition Centre. Trico was also presented with Best Stand award.<\/p>\n
