<\/p>\nDraper Tools has added two new Ultra Sonic Cleaning tanks to its product portfolio.<\/p>\n
Available in 9 litre and 27 litre units these Ultra Sonic Cleaning tanks are very effective at removing dirt and grime on all sorts of automotive mechanical parts.<\/p>\n

These ultrasonic cleaner use the latest technology for delivering high frequency vibrations in fluid, which enacts a process called non-inertial cavitation. \u2028\u2028This process creates microscopic bubbles in fluids that subsequently become compressed due to the higher pressure of the surrounding fluid leading to the microscopic bubbles imploding. This implosive action generates intense localised heat and agitation delivering a highly effective scrubbing action on the surface of the items being cleaned.\u2028\u2028Suitable for use with water or non-volatile cleaning agents, they are manufactured from stainless steel fitted with a drain tap and supplied with a stainless steel basket and BS approved 3pin plug and cable.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Draper has introduced a new specialist Generation 2 installation kit, for fitting
\nGeneration 2 wheel bearings, which are largely fitted to Ford, Land Rover, Mazda, Volswagen and Volvos.<\/p>\n
If Generation 2 wheel bearings are pressed into place as a conventional bearing, the force applied causes stress to the bearing and rapid deterioration.
\nThe Gen 2 kit is designed to correctly distribute the pressing forces through the outer bearing alleviating the potential for bearing failure whilst also allowing for the suspension leg to remain in-situ when fitting the new bearings. Included in the kit is a selection of specialist tools enabling a wide range of GEN2 bearings to be replaced.
