New-to-range belt drive components were launched by Schaeffler (UK) Ltd in 2016 for an incredible additional 27.68 million cars and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).<\/p>\nIts\u2019s been another phenomenal year for the INA brand which has been expanded to cater for the requirements of millions more vehicles on the UK and Ireland\u2019s roads.<\/p>\n
New-to-range belt drive components were launched by Schaeffler (UK) Ltd in 2016 for an incredible additional 27.68 million cars and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).<\/p>\n
This comprised 103 Front End Auxiliary Drive (FEAD) singles, 79 FEAD kits, 48 primary kits (including water pump kits), nine Over Running Alternator Pulleys (OAPs) and five primary singles\/sets.<\/p>\n
Significant recent additions include new INA timing belt kits with original equipment (OE) quality water pumps which provide an enhanced range in line with the service offered by franchised dealers.<\/p>\n
FEAD belt kits with water pumps have been added for more than 116,000 vehicles that include the Alfa Romeo Mito 1.3 Multijet (with A\/C, exc. S\/S), Fiat Grande Punto and Punto Evo 1.3 Multijet (with A\/C, exc. S\/S), 10\/2005-, and General Motors Agila, Corsa D, Corsa III and Meriva 1.3CDTi (with A\/C exc. P\/S), 07\/2006-.<\/p>\n
There are also new tortional vibration dampers (TVDs) for cars and LCVs including the PSA Berlingo, C2, C3, C4, C5, Dispatch, DS3, DS4, DS5, Nemo and Xsara Picasso 1.4HDi, 1.6HDi, Fiat Scudo 1.6 D Multijet, Ford B-Max, C-Max, Ecosport Fiesta, Focus II, Galaxy, Grand C-Max, Mondeo, S-Max, Tourneo Connect, Grand Tourneo Connect, Tourneo Courier and Transit Connect, 1.4TDCi, 1.5TDCi, 1.6TDCi, Mazda 2 and 3 16MZR, Mini Cooper D, PSA 1007, 206, 207, 208, 2008, 307, 3008, 407, 508, Bipper, Expert and Partner 1.4HDi, 1.6HDi, Suzuki SX4 1.6DDiS, Volvo C30, S40 II, S60 II, S80 II, V40, V50, V60, V70 III 1.6 D and D2, 11\/2004-.<\/p>\n
Parts for LCVs figure prominently in the latest additions with timing belt kits being introduced for vehicles including the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Viano and Vito 2.2CDi, 09\/2003-, PSA Berlingo, Dispatch, Expert and Partner 1.9D 07\/1998-, PSA Berlingo, Dispatch, Expert and Partner 2.0HDi, Fiat Ulysse 2.0JTD, 08\/1999-, and Ford Courier, Tourneo and Transit Connect 1.8D, TD, TDDi and TDCi, 02\/1996-12\/2013.<\/p>\n
In addition, timing belt kits with water pumps have been added for the PSA Dispatch and Expert 1.8, 2.0, 09\/2005-, Relay and Boxer 2.2HDi 12\/2001-, Berlingo, Expert and Partner 1.6, 1.8, 1.9 10\/1982-, Fiat Ulysse 1.8 05\/1997-08\/2002, and Ford Courier 1.8D 01\/1995-.<\/p>\n
There\u2019s also a TVD released for the PSA Berlingo and Dispatch, 1.4HDi and 1.6HDi, Ford Tourneo Connect, Grand Tourneo Connect, Tourneo Courier and Transit Connect 1.4TDCi, 1.5TDCi and 1.6TDCi, and PSA Bipper, Expert and Partner 1.4HDi and 1.6HDi, 11\/2004-.<\/p>\n
