TRP adds low bridge detection system
TRP Parts Ireland has introduced the Durite Limited Low Bridge Detection System to its range.
The new device utilises smart AI-powered cameras to detect and alert over height vehicles to the presence of low bridges.
TRP says that it is equipped with high-accuracy 10Hz GPS and is integrated with the local low bridge database to deliver precise location-based alerts.
By factoring in the vehicle’s trailer and cargo height, it provides real-time warnings to the driver via the in-cab R-Watch Display, helping to prevent bridge strikes and improve route safety.
