September dates confirmed for MechanExpert Technical Roadshows
The September dates for the third and final round of MechanExpert Technical Roadshows of 2026 have been confirmed by CD Group.
The next dates are:
- Trim (Tuesday 22nd September) Castle Arch Hotel Trim, 6-9pm – supported by SmartPart
- Dundalk (Wednesday 23rd September), DkIT College, 5-8pm – supported by John Laverty Motor Factors
- Enniskillen (Thursday 24th September) – Venue TBC, 6-9pm – supported by Network Auto

Hosted nine times a year across three rounds, the MechanExpert Technical Roadshows continue to serve as a platform for a number of industry-leading brands to share their insights with demonstrations and to answer questions one-on-one.
Technical experts from Bilstein, Bosch, Brake Engineering, Brembo, Exide, FAG, febi, Gates, INA, KYB, Liqui Moly, LuK, Mann Filter, Meyle, Nissens, Sachs and Schaeffler Vitesco are all present.
The MechanExpert Technical Roadshows allow attendees to get up-to-date on the latest technology and get the inside track on best practices, common problems, and upcoming issues to be ready for ever more complex repairs as various technologies become more common and widespread in the motoring world.
The previous round of roadshows took place across Northern Ireland, where Meyle demonstrated an automatic transmission service and oil change using its ATK range, while Bosch Car Service UK & Ireland delivered a session on preparing workshops for the growing electric vehicle market.
Following the September shows, MechanExpert will then turn its attention to the 2026 Auto Trade EXPO, which takes place alongside the CV Workshop EXPO from 10th -11th October at the RDS Simmonscourt in Dublin.
