TMD Friction training courses receive IMI approval

TMD Friction has successfully achieved the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) Accreditation, offering businesses and industry personnel globally recognised approved trainings for the Independent Aftermarket (IAM).

Following an extensive approval process, which comprises of application, quality assurances and ongoing monitoring, TMD Friction will be able to train and audit both workshop and individuals on its brake relining module as its first approved training accreditation.

TMD Friction offers expansive and in-depth quality training programs across passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors and all training from the company includes final assessments.

Scott Irwin MIMI, head of technical training at TMD Friction IAM, said: “This is fantastic news for TMD Friction. Becoming an official industry-recognised approved training centre is a great acknowledgement of TMD Frictions´ learning and development programmes.
