Shop Bodyshop Direct is set to launch a new customer focused digital platform, which includes a suite of features that can be tailored to individual requirements.
“Over the past 12 weeks we have been implementing our completely new digital platform to include: private customer portal, access to financial statements, invoices, favourite orders, recently ordered and quotations to mention just a few of the benefits of our new system,” a company spokesman revealed.
He added: “This project is now over 15 months old and we were able to work behind the scenes during lock down to do the vast bulk of the implementation. We are hoping to launch this new platform towards the end of June. This will mark a massive investment in our digital transformation, which ultimately will lead to a more connected and complete customer experience.”
In the short term the company will maintain customer contact remotely. “Your local sales representative or technical support repreprestative will serve you by telesales and or video demonstration if necessary. We will review this protocol at the end of June,” the spokesman confirmed.
