EEC issues advice on changing DPFs

European Exhaust and Catalyst (EEC) is offering mechanics and technicians best practice advice on changing a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is a service item and will need to be replaced at the end of its life. This will vary by vehicle manufacturer and the how the vehicle is maintained.

FAI offers brake cable advice

Just like any other system in a car, brakes rely on all components working perfectly in order to stop the car from moving. The hand brake works in the same way, except the driver pulls up the hand-brake lever, instead of stepping on the brake pedal. The hand-brake lever engages the car’s hydraulic braking system
