LuK extends clutch range
LuK clutch market-leading clutch range is continuing to expand in 2013 with new parts released for an additional 700,000 vehicles in the first quarter of the year.
The latest arrivals build on the growth LuK has enjoyed over the past year with new parts for nearly six million additional vehicles being introduced during 2012.
Recent parts added to the LuK clutch range by Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket (UK) include 10 Dual Mass Flywheels (DMFs) for more than 486,000 vehicles,10 LuK RepSets for nearly 160,000 vehicles, three LuK RepSet Pros, 53,600 vehicles, and a LuK concentric slave cylinder.
Major arrivals include: LuK RepSets for models including Hyundai’s ix35 (LM) 2.0 CRDi AWD, 01/2010-; i10 1.1, 01/2008-; and i30 1.4, 10/2007-; the Peugeot 107 1.0 semi-automatic, 06/2005-, and Citroen C1 and Toyota Aygo; LuK RepSet Pros for Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs), the VW Tiguan 2.0 TDi 4motion, 09/2007-, and Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi 4×4, 03/2008-.
There are also DMFs for the Mini (R56) Cooper D, 06/2010-; and the Peugeot 308 1.6 HDi,
08/2010-, and 207 (WA, WC) 1.6 16v Turbo, 02/2006-; and a new concentric slave cylinder for the Vauxhall/Opel Insignia 2.0 CDTi, 07-2008-.
