James Clarke RIP
The team at TMD Friction UK & Ireland has asked us to make known their overwhelming regret and sadness at the sudden death of their colleague James Clarke earlier this month. He is already being very much missed by all of his friends and colleagues at TMD Friction.
James worked in the automotive industry for 35 years, having started as an apprentice technician. On completing his apprenticeship he worked for Ferrari concessionaires, which led to a successful career in vehicle sales, working with Alfa Romeo and Saab. He then became service manager running their busy fleet servicing and motorsports operation and specialised in aftermarket brake and suspension for BMW and Volkswagen / Audi.
James joined Euro Car Parts (ECP) in partnership with TMD in 2010, bringing his aftermarket experience and hands on expertise to develop the Pagid brand of brakes for their programme in the South West Region.
James was an active member of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, played Bass Guitar and was a passionate lifelong supporter of Chelsea Football Club.
We at Auto trade Journal add our sincere condolences to those of his colleagues and their warmest thoughts going out to his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
