Gillian Fanning wins TEMOT Women in the Aftermarket Award 2025
Gillian Fanning of Serfac Limited was recently presented with the TEMOT Women in the Aftermarket Award 2025 at the International Trading Group’s Annual Shareholder & Supplier Summit, which was held in Paris earlier this month.
Serfac is the Irish shareholder of TEMOT International AG, which celebrates its 30th Anniversary this year.
“Women currently make up just an estimated 15 per cent of the aftermarket workforce, despite the proven benefits that gender diversity brings to business performance,” said Fanning. “I’m encouraged by the growing number of initiatives aimed at building a more inclusive sector—and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a career in this dynamic, fast-evolving industry.”
