137 new Mintex references added in 2022
Braking specialist TMD Friction’s renowned braking brand Mintex introduced 137 new parts during 2022, to offer coverage to more of the vehicle parc than ever before.
Technicians are now able to provide customers with high-end Mintex braking friction products and accessories to a wider variety of vehicles after a highly successful year delivered almost 140 new references to the aftermarket.
In Mintex’s range of brake pads, 44 new references were introduced in 2022 fitting popular passenger car and light commercial vehicles. New additions include MDB3469, fitting the Audi A3, Cupra Formentor, Seat Leon, Skoda Octavia and Volkswagen Golf cars, and MDB3863 fitting a comprehensive range of BMW vehicles.
Mintex unveiled 40 new brake discs to the expanded range in 2022 offering fitment across 26 different vehicle makes, and a further 12 new brake drum kits fitting vehicles from 14 different manufacturers.
Mintex released 37 new accessories to the range in 2022 and a further six wear leads providing technicians with high-end parts to fit Jaguar and Land Rover cars.

All Mintex brake pads and discs are designed to meet the demands of complex modern braking systems. Each product is engineered to provide friction stability, comfort and consistently high performance over a wide temperature range and stopping distances.
The new references are accessible via the brand’s online catalogue Brakebook, by entering the Mintex part number. The expert search function also allows searching by product criteria such as width, height, thickness, drum diameter and many other criteria, making the identification of brake parts as easy as possible.
Mintex Brakebook allows users to create catalogues tailored to their individual requirements, whether for the entire product range, a selection of products or even for special models.
All new references have also been added to TecDoc and MAM cataloguing systems.
